Terms and Conditions
Departure Times will be confirmed a few days before your trip. Late arrivals count as fishing time. Please arrive at the boat 15 minutes before confirmed departure time.
Weather Refunds and Cancellations: In the unlikely case we are experiencing bad weather or mechanical issues we will refund any money back to you. NO refunds for return because of intolerable or illegal behavior, this includes being drunk. All refunds for unsafe weather or poor fishing conditions are at the owners discretion.
Payment to be made in full on the day of the trip by cash or electronic transfer. Any trips cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of departure to be paid in full. Please remember I’m running a business!
Any broken rods or lost tackle that could have been reasonably avoided to be paid for by the customer.
